K2 Engineering, Inc. provides Civil Municipal services for all the various aspects of construction. Some such aspects include preparing of the development infrastructure for waterlines and public water and sanitary systems for municipal projects, as well as preparing plans and specifications for the bidding and construction of these projects.
K2 Engineering, Inc. provides permitting and compliance services to builders, developers, homeowners and many municipalities throughout Greene, Fayette and Washington Counties in Pennsylvania. Some of the permitting services we provide include:
K2 Engineering, Inc. provides all of the civil design services needed for privately owned land development and improvement projects. We offer a wide array of tools and information to our clients, helping them make their projects a success. We work closely with our clients to develop a project which is complete and meets their needs and budget.
K2 Engineering Inc’s engineering personnel support our many municipalities on a daily basis. The type of work we do includes, but is not limited to, the design and engineering of stormwater systems, sanitary sewer systems, athletic and recreational facilities, bridges, roads, stream restoration, state prevailing wage and federal Davis Bacon requirements.
K2 Engineering provides a wide variety of structural engineering services and specializes in the design of commercial and residential building projects as well as assessment of bridge and other highway structures.
K2 Engineering, Inc. uses state-of-the-art GPS system equipment for all of their surveying projects. This equipment also allows us to collect data and transfer it electronically back to our office where our experienced surveyors can analyze it. We can perform topographic and boundary surveys for a wide array of projects across Western Pennsylvania, Eastern Ohio and Northern West Virginia.
