Private Services
K2 Engineering, Inc. provides all of the civil design services needed for privately owned land development and improvement projects. We offer a wide array of tools and information to our clients, helping them make their projects a success. We work closely with our clients to develop a project which is complete and meets their needs and budget.

Some of the key services we provide include Land Development (We have developed sites from 1 acre to several hundreds of acres for various aspects of residential and commercial sites), Feasibility Studies and Site Assessments, Stormwater System Design, Erosion & Sediment Control Permitting, Survey Services, Construction Stakeout, and Construction Management Services. We also offer architectural services for both residential and commercial.
