John Over Jr., P.E. obtained his degree from Penn State University in 1984 and set out into the world to begin his professional career as a civil engineer. In 2002, John Over Jr. established K2 Engineering, Inc. He started his business working for one municipality and quickly added two employees. Focusing primarily on municipal services in the beginning, K2 Engineering has maintained its integrity to the local communities by providing quality services to over 60 municipalities.
Since 2002, John has grown K2 Engineering into a business staffing over 25 employees and adding new services for residential, commercial, and other speciality projects.
